Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City is new to the Resident Evil series. It's made by Slant Six Games and by Capcom. It will be release on March 20, 2012. It's been said that it could change.

Plot
There is no new info about the plot of Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City. But the game takes place in Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3 Nemesis. Raccoon City is infected with the t-virus that has killed almost everyone there. But a part form Leon Kennedy being alive there is a team sent by Umbrella (Pharmaceutical Company that also makes biological weapons) to kill everyone that is not the dead to cover up any evidence of Umbrella crimes. But not everything goes to plan.
You get to change the story of Resident Evil by Killing Leon Kennedy or not. But this is up to the player if he/she what's to change the story or not.
Gameplay

Someone said in a interview with Slant Six Games that 'Resident Evil is trying to welcome newcomers to there games' Because of Capcom trying to get newcomers many of said it's more like a Third-Person Shooter then a Survival Horror.
MTV Geek reported 'While the trailer was telling, the fact that Capcom teamed with "SOCOM" developer, Slant Six Games, proved to be more so. "Resident Evil: Raccoon City" feels exactly like a "SOCOM" game, from the controls to the animations to the passive cover system. It's "SOCOM" if "SOCOM" had zombies' One of the many things people where not happy about.
Multiplayer
The multiplayer will have team-deathmatch with two teams. But you also have to be careful about the zombies when playing team-dathmatch. Team work is key so you have to work together to win. The zombies can be used as meat shields to stop people trying to kill you.
